My name is Daisy Santizo and I have been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for 3 years. I specialize in strength training and booty building. I believe you do not need to do endless hours of cardio or restrict your eating in order to achieve your goals. I have applied this idea and specific methodology into training my clients and have received continued success with it.

My personal training journey began with my own weightloss journey. I did the hours of cardio, restrictive eating, cutting carbs, cutting calories, binge eating, tilapagus (lol eating nothing but tilapia and asparagus), juicing, fasting, being vegan, meal replacements, you name it and I’ve probably tried it. I want to save you the pain and struggle because that’s just not sustainable.

My goal is to help you achieve sustainable habits and results that will last long after I’ve stopped being your trainer. Why? Well because I don’t want to be your trainer forever. I love ya’ll, I do. But my goal and mission is to create long term success and empower you to take autonomy of your health and goals.

Hi there! My name is Andrea Metcalfe and I am a professional fitness trainer here at Self Made Training Facility in Dallas Texas!


I am certified in personal training and nutrition through NASM, have a bachelors degree in Clinical Exercise Science and have a multi-sport background. I have been a fitness trainer for 4+ years and love helping people realize their potential, not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. I was an athlete my entire life and have a background in competitive dance, cheer and gymnastics. I also did volleyball, track and field, and basketball. I have also competed in bodybuilding shows. I currently coach gymnastics as well and utilize my knowledge for all things while training.

I use a different approach at training and will push your mind as well as your physical. I believe you are more capable to do things the more your mind is open to believing it. It truly is mind over matter. I have a very welcoming yet motivating personality and will push you past your limited beliefs and make you realize your true potential.

Perla Celis – ISSA Certified Trainer

I have three years worth of experience, helping people who are new to strength training become more confident in the gym and in themselves. My specialty is body recomposition and educating people on having long term success in the gym by creating healthier lifelong habits. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Studies from Texas Woman’s University. I’ve been playing sports since I was 12 yrs old and have always been active. From the first time I was introduced to strength training, I fell in love with it and now my goal is to help people have the same passion all while reaching their fitness goals.

I am passionate lover of all things health and fitness with over 12 years of experience in personal training and 8 years of athletic training experience. I graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology – Applied Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University, the same year I completed all requirements for my personal training certification from the NSCA – National Strength and Conditioning Association. After working in a corporate gym, I decided to go back to school to pursue a career in Athletic Training. While in school for the 2 year Master of Science program, I competed in several fitness competitions as an NPC Figure Athlete and continued to coach clients until I received my degree in 2015. I worked as an athletic trainer for one of the best 6A high school athletic programs in Texas for 7 years at Duncanville High School, and was fortunate to have worked with many athletes that have gone to lead successful college and professional careers and several sports.

I decided to leave the high school setting to pursue training, both personal training and athletic and sports performance training full time on my own. I specialize in functional strength training for all fitness levels, injury prevention, sports performance, as well as yoga, group exercise, and pre- and postnatal coaching. In my spare time, I love to spend time with family, read books and research and learn new skills. I’m a digital artist and planner creator and I love sports!

I believe in fitness in all of its forms, physically, mentally and spiritually. Fitness is not just what you look like on the outside, but it culminates from all the parts — mind, body and spirit, that make us who we are.
