Hi, I’m Carolina, a certified personal trainer with over five years of experience specializing in pre- and post-natal fitness. As a mother and advocate for women’s health, I understand how transformative—and sometimes challenging—the journey through pregnancy and postpartum recovery can be. My mission is to empower women to feel strong, supported, and confident at every stage of life.

I hold certifications from ISSA, Girls Gone Strong, and the Nutritional Coaching Institute, and I’ve worked with women ranging in age from 20 to 70. Whether you’re navigating the unique demands of pregnancy, rebuilding strength after childbirth, or pursuing general fitness goals like weight loss, muscle building, or improving stamina, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Prenatal & Postpartum Training

During pregnancy, I focus on exercises tailored to your changing body, helping to reduce discomfort and prepare you for labor and delivery. Postpartum, I prioritize a safe and effective recovery plan that strengthens your core, pelvic floor, and overall muscle function, restoring your energy and confidence.
