I’m Citlali or Lali, founder of Fuerte y Fierce, a unique space offering inclusive fitness and wellness specifically tailored to the LGBTQI+ community. As a queer Latina and experienced personal trainer, I understand the importance of an empowering, safe, and affirming environment in achieving fitness goals. My mission is to provide LGBTQI+ individuals and allies with accessible fitness services that promote strength, confidence, and self-love.
