I am a 42 year-old practicing fitness professional that’s been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since March of 2019. As many new fitness professionals, I had a desire to exclusively train “athletes” in regards to performance. I quickly fell in love with the application of corrective exercise and injury prevention – but even more importantly, “performance” took on a new meaning for me. I concluded that performance could be increasing a vertical jump and improving foot speed, but it could also mean reaching up to adjust a shower head, or just being able to get out of bed and be able to walk with a comfort that’s deserved by everyone. My work with my athletes revolves around changing behaviors and building self-sufficiency WHILE accomplishing their fitness goals. I’ve serviced athletes as young as 9 years old, to seniors 83 years old. I am proficient in many different areas, and I absolutely can not wait to meet with you so we can get you where you desire to be!!
