With over 26 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a certified Menopause Fitness Coach with expertise in guiding women through the unique transitions of the pre- and post-menopausal phases. As a Master Personal Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach, Functional Nutrition Practitioner, and Level One Pilates Instructor, I bring a comprehensive and compassionate approach to helping women thrive during this significant life stage.

Menopause presents physical, mental, and emotional challenges, and I’m here to help my clients meet these challenges with strength, resilience, and confidence.
