However, instead of giving up, he chose to adapt his training approach, incorporating effective recovery strategies to prevent dysfunction, loss of strength, and mobility. This experience with injury management, gained long before he officially studied fitness and health, proved invaluable in shaping Mark’s understanding of the body’s needs.In 2012, after a decade-long career as a professional musician, Mark made the decision to transition from the stage to the realm of wellness.
