My expertise includes corrective exercise, strength training, and performance enhancement. I hold multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Additionally, I’m a Level 2 Certified Boxing Coach, TRX Master Trainer, and Schwinn Cycle Instructor.

Throughout my career, I’ve trained individuals and groups of all ages and fitness levels. One of my most rewarding roles was serving as a Nike Training Club ambassador, where I led dynamic workouts for groups of up to 100 participants. My goal was always to connect with each person, ensuring they felt both motivated and challenged.
My approach to training is rooted in customization and sustainability. I create personalized programs designed to build strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence.
