Strength Training Mobility and Flexibility – I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and I attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

Being in the fitness industry for years has been both exhilarating and rewarding. I entered this career with the aim of aiding, enlightening, motivating, and educating individuals about the significance of a healthy lifestyle.

Working with clients ranging in age from 6 to 50+ has endowed me with versatility as a trainer. I specialize in strength training, mobility, flexibility, and aiding post-rehabilitation patients in maintaining their progress.
