My name is Trevor Wilson, and I specialize in helping high-performing individuals achieve weight loss and regain control of their health through tailored, results-driven training programs. I know the pressures of demanding careers, personal goals, and the constant pursuit of excellence—because I’ve lived it. But I also know how easy it is to let your health fall by the wayside in the process.

At one point, I found myself in the same situation many of my clients face today: I had sacrificed my health chasing a career I wasn’t passionate about, gained weight, and lost confidence in myself. Exercise was what saved me. It gave me the clarity, strength, and discipline to change not just my body but my entire life. Now, I use that experience, combined with my expertise as a strength and conditioning specialist, to help others do the same.

My approach is simple but powerful: I create programs that meet you where you are and push you toward where you want to be.
