His passion for fitness ignited in high school, where he recognized its profound impact on physical and mental well-being. Since then, Jonathan has committed himself to developing personalized, sustainable strategies that help clients achieve substantial weight loss without resorting to extreme diets or deprivation.

Education & Credentials: Jonathan holds a B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from The Ohio State University and is certified by the ISSA as a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. He also holds credentials from Precision Nutrition (PN1) and NASM, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of exercise science and nutrition.

Specialization: Jonathan has successfully assisted over 50 clients in losing significant weight and maintaining their progress. He emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating nutrition coaching and flexible programming tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle. His signature hybrid program combines in-person and online coaching, offering the flexibility needed to support clients through their transformative journeys.
