I’m Alyssa Williams, a professional fitness trainer and hybrid athlete specializing in weight loss, powerlifting, strength training, and conditioning. With over four years of focused personal transformation and a lifelong background in competitive athletics, I bring unmatched passion, knowledge, and energy to every training session.
As a Certified EMT-Paramedic and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, my approach to fitness is holistic and client-centered. I focus on rebuilding the body, strengthening the mind, and empowering each client to discover their true potential. My philosophy is simple: fitness is not just about how you look, but how you feel, think, and move every day. I believe transformation happens when you confront fears, break through mental barriers, and refuse to settle for less than your best.
My personal journey speaks volumes: after overcoming significant health challenges, I became a competitive powerlifter, completed two Summer Shredding bodybuilding shows, and pushed my limits as a distance runner. My firsthand experience inspires clients to dig deeper, stay consistent and believe in themselves.
I founded Kintsugi Built as a mindset inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold to highlight, not hide the cracks. I help clients rebuild themselves physically, emotionally, and mentally, turning every struggle into strength and every setback into part of their story.
I proudly train clients at Self Made Training facility and offer online coaching for those ready to start their journey from anywhere.
