Hey yall! My name is Tatiyana Bickems and I am a female fitness trainer specializing in HIIT and weight loss through the Self Made Training Facility! While I am beginning in the training part of my journey, I am no stranger to fitness. I have been active and apart of athletics my entire life, specifically cheer, track, and volleyball. I have been my own trainer since I was in college back in 2016. Although I am still learning the health and sciences of the industry, I believe that I can still help you to achieve your goals and get you to where you want to be!

My goal is to not only get you to your desired body, but to also increase your overall self-efficacy and attitude towards exercise. I want to help others see that exercise does not have to come as a burden, but an easy way (with your increased confidence lol) to keep your health and wellness on track for the rest of your life!

Prior to this career shift, I was a teacher for 3 years. I have always been a huge advocate for learning. This is an opportunity for me to teach you everything that I know from my experiences alone, but also for me to learn how to be better for you. Fitness isn’t just an end all, be all as some may have you to believe. Life gets in the way, and sometimes it’s easier to give in to the sedentary lifestyle of your every day routine. My job is to keep you accountable and guide you through your toughest times by incorporating a little stress-free relief through personal fulfillment!

He pursued massage therapy and discovered his natural talent for deep tissue, sports, and medical massage practices, specializing in assisting active individuals in their recovery journeys. Mark's personal encounters with similar challenges provided him with a profound empathy and a comprehensive understanding of his clients' needs, setting him apart in his field.Responding to the persistent requests of his massage clients, Mark obtained his certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2020 and began offering personal training services on a part-time basis.
