Hi there, my name is Claudia Zelaya and I am a female trainer who specializes in fat loss and muscle building.

My fitness journey started nine years ago, when I was in high school. I felt self conscious about my thin figure and knew I wanted to make a change. My journey towards a healthier, stronger body was full of mistakes. I was under-eating and doing excessive cardio, which led me to struggle to get the results I wanted. As a trainer, I want to give you the knowledge I learned through trial and error without you experiencing it yourself.

I believe every woman deserves to feel confident in their own body. Even though this new fitness journey can feel overwhelming at times, I will be by your side to help you create the best version of yourself.
