Trevor Wilson – Wellness and Performance Training
Wellness and Performance Training – Strength and conditioning found me through playing sports. I picked up football and basketball before I was 10, and wrestling when I was 13. The athletic lifestyle stayed with me after my sports careers ended, and training became an all-encompassing lifestyle focused on the overall picture of maximizing my health with my performance. I was born in Buffalo, New York, and went to the University of North Carolina Wilmington for my Exercise Science degree. I recently moved to Texas to pursue chiropractic school so that I may further my ability to help others achieve their best health. I believe a healthy life is more than just training. It’s a culmination of sustainable and high-quality nutrition, training, and lifestyle management.
