Hi, I’m Teaira!
I take a holistic approach to fitness, considering multiple aspects of your body and overall wellness. As a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science, I specialize in functional strength training, nutrition, and deep tissue assisted stretch therapy.
My Journey
My passion for health coaching stems from my personal experience. I know what it feels like to not know where or how to start. Growing up, I struggled with poor eating habits and lifestyle choices, which left me overweight and at risk for diabetes at a young age. In college, I reached my heaviest weight at 230 pounds.
Everything changed when I decided to reclaim my health. I realized no one was coming to save me, so I made healthier choices and built sustainable habits. Over the course of six months, I lost 60 pounds. This transformation inspired me to help other women—and their families—feel better and reclaim their health, just as I did.
Training Options
I offer a range of training services, including:
- 1:1 Training
- Semi-Private/Small Group Training (2–6 people)
- 1:1 Online Coaching (4–12 months)
Sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute formats, tailored to fit your needs and goals.
Training Location
I train clients in a private studio located in the Design District. This exclusive gym is reserved for personal trainers and their clients, ensuring a focused and supportive environment. The studio is conveniently located with easy access from most parts of the city, making it simple to fit sessions into your busy schedule.
