Patrick Bell – Dallas Injury Rehab Expert

My name is Patrick Bell, an ATG Level 2 Certified Trainer in Dallas with over a decade of experience. My two favorite things are Jesus and fitness and I created my business Kingdom Health so I could talk about both.

Having personally overcome the challenges of double knee surgeries, I understand firsthand the physical and emotional toll of injury. I’m committed to helping individuals in Dallas, TX regain their strength, mobility, and pain-free movement. I specialize in ATG and Knee Over Toe Training after mentorship and in-person training with Ben Patrick aka KneesOverToesGuy.
