My Background
I’m an honorably discharged Sergeant from the United States Marine Corps, where I served for over a decade. During my service, I was the Physical Fitness Coordinator for my unit, responsible for ensuring that all Marines maintained rigorous physical fitness standards. I also ran boot camps and designed fitness programs for Marines, their spouses, and students.
In 2015, I became a Pro Bodybuilder with the Global Bodybuilding Organization and founded my own health and wellness business, WeightUpFaithUp Fitness.
