As a Marine Corps veteran and a certified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Brittany brings a unique, results-driven approach to fitness that is rooted in both science and real-world experience.
A dedicated martial artist, Brittany has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over five years. This journey has fueled her love for muscle and strength gains, particularly in developing strong, defined legs, glutes, and a powerful core — key components for both optimal performance in BJJ and overall athleticism. Brittany’s training philosophy is deeply tied to her two passions: building functional strength and excelling in martial arts.
The name “Tallawah” pays homage to her Jamaican heritage and reflects the qualities of strength, resilience, and determination. The word “tallawah” is used to describe someone who is compellingly strong, sturdy, fierce, and relentless — qualities that Brittany embodies and instills in her clients.
