Aaron Quintana – Head Coach & Owner, Quintana Combat & Fitness

Hi, I’m Aaron Quintana, Head Coach and Owner of Quintana Combat & Fitness, based at SMTF Dallas. With over 15 years of experience in Martial Arts and competition, I specialize in coaching MMA and self-defense for beginners and amateurs. My background includes competing in Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and MMA, and I continue to compete actively in both MMA and Jiu Jitsu.

My Coaching Philosophy:
At Quintana Combat & Fitness, my goal is to help everyone who walks through our doors build resilience, self-confidence, and the skills necessary to excel in self-defense and martial arts. We focus on creating a strong foundation—both physically and mentally—for students of all levels, from those with zero experience to practitioners preparing for competition.

Our members come from all walks of life, including business owners, entrepreneurs, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, stay-at-home parents, and more. Whether you’re in your 20s or middle age, our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress.
