Aaron Quintana – Combat Sports Trainer in Dallas
Hi, I’m Aaron Quintana, and I have been training in combat sports since I was 15 years old. Initially, I started with boxing and wrestling, and then I began studying Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to improve my striking and grappling skills. Currently, I hold a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have competed in various tournaments such as boxing, Muay Thai, and submission grappling.
Apart from actively competing in MMA and Jiu Jitsu, I also coach and teach martial arts to people of all levels. I find great satisfaction in helping others learn and develop their skills in combat sports, as it can empower and help them break personal barriers. My approach as a coach is to assist you in achieving your desired outcomes, whether it’s self-defense, building physical and mental resilience, boosting your confidence, stepping out of your comfort zone, or competing.
